Does Zydeco Naturals external products have expiration dates?

Most of the external products do not have expiration dates because they are cosmetic products. We do recommend using the products within 2 years after purchasing. This is suggested as a guideline to get the most out of your products and use them during their peak efficacy. The creams will still be effective even though the consistency may start to separate. The separation can be easily fixed by stirring the product with a mixing utensil for about one minute to get the even consistency back.

Does Zydeco Naturals supplements have expiration dates?

Yes. The supplements have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of purchase. Light, heat and moisture can and will affect the longevity. A desiccant is in each supplement bottle to prevent any and all moisture from occurring. Any supplement that has an unusual odor, change in color or show signs of mold should be discarded. All supplements are compounded when the order is placed and mailed out within 48 hours, making the freshness and quality very high at the point of receiving it. We do recommend using the products within 2 years after purchasing. This is suggested as a guideline to get the most out of your products and use them during their peak efficacy so total wellness can be achieved.

Are Zydeco Naturals products tested on animals?

No, we do not test our products on animals.

Are synthetics used in Zydeco Naturals products?

We have found that a small number of low-hazard synthetic ingredients are essential to maintain the efficiency, color, and stability of our products. We strive to be as safe as possible while providing the most efficacious skincare available. Some separation may still occur overtime. At that point the product should be shaken or mixed with a mixing utensil to get the best consistency of the product.

Should Zydeco Naturals liquids/suspensions be refrigerated?

Yes. All liquids/suspensions should be refrigerated after opening until completely used. When you receive the liquid, store them in a cool dry place until ready to open and consume.

Should Zydeco Naturals liquids/suspensions be shaken before using?

Yes. As the liquid/suspension sits, the powders will settle to the bottom of the bottle, thus requiring the bottle to be shaken before consuming.

Are Zydeco Naturals products noncomedogenic?

All of our products have undergone clinical trials with quite a few ethnicities and races and none of the people in the trials have ever experienced irritation or breakouts when using these products.

Does Zydeco Naturals contain parabens?

No. We do not use parabens.

Is saddle bags still ok to use even though the color has darkened?

Yes, saddle bags is still safe to use even though the color darkens over time. It is due to the oxygenation of a couple of the ingredients. The cream can be gently mixed to make the color uniform with no problems. The oxygen is breathing life back into your scalp and your skin. These products provide CPR to your skin below the surface.

Yes. Nawty Roots, Hair Shenanigans and Bleaux Hair Mask will deepen in color over time. This is due to the oxygenation of a couple of the ingredients. The oxygen is breathing life back into your scalp. These products provide CPR to your scalp at the surface.

Is it safe to use Zydeco Naturals products while pregnant?

Always check with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.

Who are Zydeco Naturals external products intended for?

Zydeco Naturals external products are intended for anyone with skin issues, however, not every product is intended for every customer. Most over the counter and prescription creams will dry the skin out and most people are looking for natural remedies to skin issues. Zydeco Naturals provides the skin healing that is needed without dryness or oily feeling. Just nice, hydrated skin.

A small area should be tested first to see if a reaction occurs. If no reaction (such as rash or itching or bumps) occurs, then it is considered safe. If a reaction occurs rinse cream off skin and consult a medical profession or Zydeco Naturals for further assistance. It's all about understanding which products are needed based on individual skin concerns.

Who are Zydeco Naturals supplements intended for?

Anyone with health issues can use Zydeco Naturals supplements. All prescription medication should be weened off for a week, alternating with Zydeco Naturals supplements every other day for a week before transitioning fully to Zydeco Naturals everyday for the intended issue, example Blood pressure medication should be taken every other day then Zydeco Naturals on the alternate days for a week. Do not take both prescription and Zydeco Naturals together for the same issue. Once you ween off for a week be patient and give Zydeco Naturals a week or so to start fully seeing the benefits.

Can I stop taking the supplements abruptly and start back again with no issues?

Yes you can increase or decrease the amount you take given that each capsule is at a therapeutic enough level to where the results can last for 1 or 2 days. If you skip a day or miss a dose just resume your normal regimen with no side effects. Your symptoms will just come back if you miss a dose. So it is advised to take at least one a day to keep the symptoms away. For example, marshmallow root, if you skip a day the sneezing and congestion will come back, but when you resume taking it again the symptoms will go away within an hour or two.

What if my order is received damaged in transit?

If your item is received damaged or tampered with, immediately take pictures and send us an email at zydeconaturals@gmail.com and briefly explain the contents of the package. We will file a lost/damaged report with the USPS or mailing service used and resend products out again and provide necessary tracking.

The return shipping costs are covered by Zydeco Naturals. Once you’ve emailed our team and are eligible for a return, you will be emailed a prepaid USPS return label to send the return package to us. Box/package will not be provided.

Does Zydeco Naturals offer express next day delivery?

Yes. Zydeco Naturals does provide express next day delivery There is an additional cost for express next day delivery through USPS or UPS or FEDEX depending on which carrier you decide to use. Otherwise, normal shipping is 2 to 5 days depending on final destination.

If orders are placed on Friday or Saturday, Monday will be the delivery date using any of the above listed carrier services.

Does Zydeco Naturals supplements come in liquid form for kids?

Yes, Zydeco Naturals supplements are available in liquid form for kids. If a supplement(s) is needed in liquid form, you will have to contact us by phone 972-347-3786 to complete the transaction, since that formulation is not available on the website. All liquid formulations are created when the order is placed and paid for. Just keep in mind that the liquid will be gritty or powdery in nature because of the dose that is incorporated into the final formulation. So, it will have to be shaken before used and refrigerated. We recommend that some type of liquid is consumed after consuming the suspension to get the residue left in the mouth in the body.

Where do Zydeco Naturals ship?

At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
